We dont have to hail anyone as a hero. As of yet its not a crime to criticize anyone. I can go out on the street and call a black man the n-word to his face and nothing legally can happen to me. We are getting off into the weeds here. I guess my opinion is if a transgender person wants to serve their country and is otherwise deemed a mentally healthy individual I dont see why they should be denied the privileged to do so.. and so far I havent heard any reason that is compelling for them not to be allowed to serve..

Listen here, welfare queen. I’m tired of you and your buddies taking my tax payer dollars so you can go play dress up in the desert and then whine about your PTSD and trying to get free meals from Denny’s in your costume!

If mentally ill people weren't allowed in the military, our forces would be much smaller. Stupid comment

I'm simply pointing out that we're laying the groundwork for this to happen in the future. Its already starting to happen in the UK.

I think having that condition in and of itself is reason not to let them serve. If these people have a 40% suicide rate before even experiencing the stresses of combat, then the juice isn't worth the squeeze. These issues can lead to a compromise of unit cohesion.

It's no different than not allowing women in combat. Can some of them qualify? Perhaps, but it's not worth the restructuring or worth the risks they pose in order to accept such a small percentage.

The rest of America is tired of hearing you scream that the adults paying for your health care is a "human right".

We're tired of your (insert victim's group name here) Pride parades.

We are tired of your insistence that, yes, you did deserve that participation trophy.

No, you're not getting a share of someone else's pie. I don't care what Obama's lard-assed wife told you.

We're tired of you and your boyfriend not being able to figure out which bathroom to use. We know your dicks are tiny, but they are still considered a penis.

You never answered my question.

America is tired of military vets screaming that the US likes to underfund the VA, so they can’t get proper treatment for their PTSD and they flip out and beat their spouses or kill themselves

We're tired of your Veterans and Military Pride parades.

We are tired of your insistence that, yes, you do deserve to be called a hero because you sat around in the Middle East .

Yes, you will be getting a share of someone else's pie, because you are a military welfare queen.

We are tired of paying for the gay sex that goes on on naval ships, since they have so much free time because they are an entirely worthless branch of the military. But you will let us know they matter, because military dudes have tiny dicks and tiny brains.

I believe that was a poll that suggest 40% of those that identify as transgender attempted or considered suicide. Look that is no doubt concerning. Right now a ban exist for those that want to serve. Perhaps a compromise of limiting roles. When you apply to the armed forces now do they ask if you transgender? Is it pretty much dont ask dont tell now?

I just explained through first hand knowledge and experience, over the span of five years, that the percentage for our group is .0012%. Again, that’s Current military members, many with multiple deployments.

When you go through MEPS, there are a battery of tests that assess each individual. If you're transgender, they'll likely find out. Obviously if you think you're transgender but you don't express it, they probably won't know.
