Its pretty entertaining watching the rantards freak out over an offensive analyst.
There is zero reason to freak out, right now.
If O hires Curtis Iohnson I think harsh criticism is warranted because this isn't someone that's young, innovative, or has any history at all in developing an offense.
Everyone also forgets it took O 3 hires (seasons) to get the offense finally going.
We'll see what unfolds.

What? Are you nuts? Dude just masterminded the greatest season in the history of college football. Have just a little tiny bit of faith that he knows what he is doing. You think if he wanted Jorge Munoz he wouldn't have gotten him? You're killing me.

we have some idiots on this board. Never ceases to amaze me.

As opposed to Joe Brady who...,,,had done nothing?

Dude was hand picked by Brady to join LSU’s staff. He sat at his right side for every game this year.

Some of you have zero clue how learning & development work

That's a real mature response.
Does your mommy know that you're using her computer?

We need to make some hires soon. These incoming players have no idea who their position coach will be.
There’s a spring game in a couple of months.

It's all about being able to attract and develop elite qbs. Yes orgeron can keep lsu as a 9 or 10 win team perrenially but without elite qb play you can kiss any future playoff appearance goodbye.

Ah. The O haters are lying in wait. Ready to pounce 10 days after bringing a national championship.

Oh well, comes with the territory
You can't say that about Munoz leaving for a similar position.
This stings, IF Munoz was as important to Joe's success as it seems he was, and IF Orgeron doesn't have someone better (as in, not the failed Tulane coach who by all accounts can't design an offense) to replace him.
Yes, Ed has earned our trust, but this is turning into a situation that really calls on that trust, until we hear some names that are going to repopulate this coaching staff.

This is going to come off melty (understandably)
But, can o do something already? Mainly because I’m tired of hearing about coaches leaving

I dont hate him at all.
I know with your post history you're a staunch defender of him and he can do no wrong. (weirdly you criticize Aranda through his tenure so double standard?)
I'm just not a complacent fan and I try to bring an objective opinion.

This one sucks! I wish he would have taken Brady’s spot

Man I hope he isn’t bringing Curtis Johnson on as OC or PGC
Posted on 1/23/20 at 9:25 am to Geaux_Tigers_08
Maybe Munoz leaving is part to make room for some of Peleni's family and staff on team? I'm sure if O wanted him to stay they would pay the man.

One of our insiders suggested we were looking at another "Bo" for passing game coordinator. Any clue who that might be?

No one even knew who he was a month and a half ago. They were like “who’s the guy next to slinger on the LSU row at the heisman ceremony?” Munoz was on staff in 2018 before we even got Brady.
