You can't say that about Munoz leaving for a similar position.

Analyst to full-time on-field coach is not a similar position.

He's probably going from making $50,000 to making $300,00.

Bo Hardegree? Don’t love that hire, but he’s a big unknown. Hasn’t really been a part of any prolific offenses.

Is it really that big of a loss? The only reason y’all know about this guy is because Burrow mentioned him in his Heisman speech.

Guys, Munoz was an analyst and analyst are not allowed to coach players. He had nothing to do with the development of Joe Burrow. He sole purpose was to help Joe read the defenses and pick up blitz’s. We will be fine without him

Trust O.

If he had wanted Munoz, he would be here.

While this rule may technically exist, it is followed about as much as the age-limit to watch internet porn.

These analysts are basically full-blown coaches now. Munoz wore a headset during games and interacted with players the whole season, during games and practices.

Dude, Munoz did not coach Burrow! He did however help JB read defenses. JB has even said this himself

You say help I say coach. What's the difference? You can say the guy didn't coach if you want, but my own eyes say you are wrong. I saw him the whole season wearing a headset during games and interacting with players and coaches.

That's coaching.

Screw him. Let's find a passing coordinator who wants to be here

Maybe he did want to be here. Did we even offer him?

In fact I'm certain he would've taken the same gig here. I guess O has the guy he wants.

I love coach E but I just don’t think he should be calling plays this year. I’m sorry but we have lost Brady and Munoz. Going to show up big next year.

I for one watched every time they showed our off the field gang in the box , & it was always Brady on the mic , & Ensminger seemed to be just sitting around

It just seems logical to hire Munoz as PGC since he been here with E and Brady and gas OC experience ..wonder who O is looking at?
