Joe’s moving to South America?

Sigh. It was just a little homage to world-renowned linguist and intellect Mike Tyson. I thought people reading a sports board would appreciate it.

Cam is very tradeable plus a couple of first-rounders as a package, how does Cinncy turn that down?

So, Cinncy swaps first rounders for the price of an additional first rounder plus a high priced, broken down QB who is no better than what they have right now (if he can even stay healthy)? Or, they stand pat and take a generational talent who will be on a rookie deal for 5 years? Yeah, I think they can turn that down.

They can intend all they want. The question is do they have the raw assets to get a trade done. I don't see it.

And maybe Saints suck so bad next year, they get the 2021 1st pick and take Trevor Lawrence.

Burrow (Carolina) vs. Lawrence (NOLA)

Pretty sure that ship has sailed.

Very easily.

If you're the Bengals, you either get a haul that makes people think the offering team's front office is all on hardcore drugs or you don't take the deal.

I am so torn on this. I hope that Joe doesn't end up in Cincinnati. Carolina would be a good spot for him. Has always been a solid organization and tries to build a winner. But as a Saints fan I don't want to face Joe twice a year.

You worry about oblivion, I worry about Joe taking a beating. A flat out beating time and time again.

Dolphins are the most legitimate team that has the assets to get Burrow. Cincy could trade back and still take Tua. I think this is probably the most likely scenario IF the Bengals do not take Burrow.

I think the Dolphins would make a mistake here. They have an opportunity to add a great deal of talent to their team with the picks they have, if they get Burrow... It doesn't deal with the other issues.

As a LSU/Joe Burrow fan though, I much prefer him in Miami over Cincy.

That would be awesome! As a Saints and an LSU fan, this would work because I would get to see Joe in the Dome once a year, plus it would be a monumentally stupid move on the part of the Panthers, so that would benefit the Saints.

A healthy Cam Newton, with the weapons that they have, in Brady's offense, scares me as a Saints fan. If they take the picks that they would have to burn to move up to get JB and use them to improve the OL, that offense will be trouble. They also needs some help with their rushing defense because they were horrible last year.

Joe needs to go to Cincy.

No player is worth giving up what it cost to trade up to #1. Giving up 2 years of draft picks is not a way to rebuild any team.
