I know I can't be alone here.
What we witnessed this season was truly remarkable. It's really hard to put in words. I've watched the game highlights a few times over and it still just doesn't seem real.

My level of fandom hasn't changed since the 03 and 07 championships, but this one just feels so much different. I feel like LSU football will never be the same for me moving forward after being a witness to this.

I was just thinking this. I feel like I’ll be out walking the dog in a couple weeks and it will just hit me and I’ll just let out a celebratory yell out of nowhere

I think as long as Coach O is here we no longer have to worry about being mired in mediocrity. He has too much passion for LSU and Louisiana for that to be a problem going forward. Great coach and the best for LSU. Geaux Tigahs!!!

I just watched 2 hours of youtube videos, from parade highlights to JB9 highlights of the championship game. What a great team. What a great season!

I'm at a level right now that FAR surpasses the feeling after I felt in 03. I'm good for a few years, regardless of what happens. LSU had the kind of season we have all prayed for but never really believed it could happen. Not just dominating the entire country and winning the national championship, but racking up all the awards, the Heisman, flashing the biggest dick in the football world, shutting Clemson fans up, etc.

It can happen to anyone. I thought it was funny that you were talking about your level of fandom then listed the wrong year. I knew what you meant. Don't mind me, I'm still on cloud 9 and everything is happier and funnier in my world this week.

LSU QB winning the heisman. That almost makes it unreal to me.

I really enjoyed the ride this season, and really wasn't ready for it to end. Those that are moving on, I wish them all the success in the world.

I've got the exact opposite when I walked back into the office on Thursday. My coworkers were all yelling Geaux Tigers at me.

My boss isn't a sports fan, but she even said "Look at the stupid grin on your face. Geaux Tigers, buddy."

Definitely different and just as fun as the previous 03 and 07 Championships for me as well. Has a lot to do with being older this go round. I feel this made up for missing out in 2011 and being in the conversation as one of the Top Teams of all time. This 2019 team got us back the conversation and that’s always fun when your talking to different teams fans. Had one earlier today with a Texas fan and had to hold my tongue but tried to compare his 05 Horns to 01’ Miami and 19’ LSU.
I’m still so happy about the season and what they accomplished I’m not ready to argue.

It's not just the utter domination we displayed. It's being conditioned for years to accept a lack of offense. Even if we didn't win it all think how nice it was to see a capable offense. No more feeling like every drive was doomed to fail. I remember being elated when a QB when break 150 to 200 yards...Yeah all those things are sinking in. It was a great ride!

Being a lifelong Tiger and Rams fan, this LSU TIGER OFFENSE is MORE lethal than The Greatest Show on Turf team !!!! That is saying something !!!
