In Dallas, our admins 'handle' discipline but like everywhere else nothing is done to the students. Most get a slap on the wrist and are back at school the next day. There are 6 admins (Principal and Assistant Principals) at my school.

Also in Dallas if you go to the district office, you will see many employees basically sitting around and doing nothing. All this wasted money could go for the students and teachers. Well mainly for those students who actually care about their education. But that is a topic for a different day

One thing Jerry wants to do is to put butts in the seat. I think the 2 best to do that are Deion or Belichik. I don't believe that Deion will come here unless he can draft his son. If I were to bet, I would bet Belichik. Jerry made it work for a little bit with Parcels, and Belichik wants the all time win mark.

As a retired teacher (in Texas), I can tell you that this scenario is very much true. All Admin have divided up the teachers based on department. I never understood how they get behind now since discipline (of students) seems to be going out the window. If admin does not like a teacher, those are never behind. The ones falsified are usually the teachers who usually do what is to be done (calling parents, keeping up with grades, actually teaching, etc.). But yes, the falsifying observations do happen.

Echoing what the previous posters said, this gives me the vibes of the 2019 football team. I know baseball is a very funny game, but this is one very special baseball team!! And to the OP yes, I am enjoying every bit of this 2023 team!!

At that time, I was working at FootAction at Cortana Mall. That place was so packed that you couldn't even get in. This was back when FootAction played sports 24/7. So all eyes were glued to the TVs. The place just erupted when Morris jacked it out!! My best day working for that company!
