This is the first one that seems like it could happen. A young HC with a defensive and college background who will basically give Brady full rein to run the offense.

fricking gross. frick the panthers.

I really hope that LSU already has a deal in place. I'd hate for us to lose both Brady and Munoz.

No problem! I hope he stays but if not, Brennan knows the system, Ensminger knows the system, and there are many young innovative coaches available.
The horses and jockey are still in the stable, we would just need a new trainer.

Brady obviously made a huge impact at LSU but if I was hiring I’d want to see how much of it had to do with having a graduate 5+ year senior QB with special processing skills.

If he does it with Myles next year then he will have his pick of jobs.

Sources: Matt Rhule interested in Joe Brady for Carolina Panthers offensive coordinator

Would the source happen to be Joe’s agent?

Wow.

Don’t see how Brady passes this up if true.

Broyles award winner always has this kind of buzz some of it might not even be true. Remember what a big deal it was when we hired Canada bc he was fresh off a broyles award.

Panthers have a QB problem. Rhule needs to fix that first and then maybe I could see Brady jumping. Doesn’t make much sense otherwise IMO.

They’d be insane to hire him without seeing what he can do without Burrow

If it's true that Josh McDaniels is making $4 million per year then Matt Rhule could justify enough dollars to attract Brady. He probably can get him for $2.5 million a year which would likely price LSU out, unfortunately.

Yea, this isn't good. The Panthers owner has the deepest pockets in the NFL. Discussed here: LINK

Matt Rhule will last two years tops in the NFL.

This is sort of a meaningless point. It's not as if there is not an NFL owner that couldn't afford a 30 year old college assistant if they REALLY wanted him.

I feel this way too. I have no objective evidence to support this feeling, I just feel this way.

Matt Rhule can suck a dick unless Carolina pony’s up 1.3-1.5 million for an NFL Offensive Coordinator lol.
