Gana try to get pressure with 4, spy RB out the backfield and man up on the outsides.

Every team has given Burrow different looks except for Oklahoma and we all know how that turned out. I expect Venables to dial something up that Burrow has not seen on film before but it will not matter because Burrow truly is an NFL QB in college.

I think he has to try to confuse Joe into throwing to the wrong spot. But how many times can he really do this? Joe has been incredible. You may get him once or twice but Joe should be fine.

Im really interested to see if we go very high tempo to try to keep the D playcalling on their heels. LSU not subbing could show some big returns in this game.

Can it just be monday? I want to watch matchups

hopefully venables still has his D looking to the sidelines a lot between snaps and LSU catches em off guard a few times.

He's going to mix his pressures, bringing different people each time and try to disguise coverages and where the blitz is coming from. Then he's going to mix it up and do it again the next quarter. Then he's going to mix it up and do it again the next quarter. Then he's going to mix it up and do it again the next quarter. While that happens, he's going to hope that LSU makes a mistake and/or they will settle for FGs instead of TDs. This is his only hope.

But his schemes and his genius are unmatched. He makes adjustments that no other coach has thought of.

A lot of stuff tbh. Dude has nothing to lose
1) Congrats, you stopped the best offense in history
2) No worries, you lost to the best offense in history

Munoz has supposedly been having Burrow prepared for all blitzes. Hopefully he can do it again. If so, Burrow is going to eat them alive when they do blitz.

Isiah Simmons is a factor....

Until we put Chase or Jefferson in the backfield.

BV will try different things to confuse The offense...as if the offense has shown all its cards.

It’s more a matter of the LSU defense vs Clemson’s offense

I'm really interested to see if we get to a point where we need to run a real trick play. I'd imagine we have some pretty sick ones just waiting to be unleashed

I would guess that he's going to try everything but he's going to try to disguise what he's doing on any given play. Joe is awesome at pre-snap reads. If you telegraph your plans before the snap, he's going to beat you 100 out 100 times.

They key to their defense will be their ability to disguise blitz packages so Joe isn’t able to identify from where the pressure is coming.
