This is a bow kill from earlier this season in Kansas. My first euro mount and I think it came out well

Good work. Both nose bones intact, crown of nasal canal isn't split wide open, etc.

Agreed.

I don’t think I’d ever have a shoulder mount done. But a European mount can be done by my son and me at home, plus it doesn’t take up so much room on the wall.

I thought I was in the minority, but I also prefer euro mounts.

ETA - Good looking deer!

I have. Takes hundreds of dollars and months to get it back

+1

They look a lot better. Shoulder mounts are pretty tacky in the living room IMO

My dad had a shoulder mount done.

When I was little and he started teaching me how to shoot a 22, he got that thing off the wall and we shot the shite out of it.

Still remember trying to shoot the fake eyes out of it.

always tell myself I’m going to get one done, but then I end of just cutting them off. Oh well, guess I could always just buy the kit and stick the horns on.

Real nice, Clark. But points deducted for no skull camo.

Nice work.

We like the electric boiling bucket. Easier to deal with than gas.

I'll upvote based solely on the fact that you didn't hydro dip it.

Very nice buck!!

Not a fan of the hydro dipped. I used the peroxide/bleach paste from a beautify supply store and worked well, it got the skull very white.
