I'm in Austin right now and the traffic and homelessness is way worse from 2010.
Any cities you know that had significant population changes during this period?

New Orleans. Buildings fall more than they did in 2010.

Sterlington's population has doubled.

Did Baton Rouge ever finish that loop?

Vegas
Saw that not a single new hotel had been opened on the strip in a decade. (New one about to open)
The housing crisis rocked that city.
At one point it was a cool city and great for a weekend getaway, seems sad now when someone mentions they are going.

From what I've read, San Francisco. I never saw many homeless in 2010, my last time there

Charlotte seems to be a really hot place to be right now. I’m not very familiar with the city, but I don’t feel like in 2010 there was that much buzz around it

All the development on the east side is the biggest change in Austin.
