That timeout was stupid, especially if you aren't calling another on 3rd down. Don't call timeouts and they punt at 2 minutes and you still have 2. Call that one timeout and you saved, what, 7 seconds in the end?

Timeout management has been a disaster this half. The absolute worst way to use the timeouts.
