Governor approves firing of all employees involved in apparent Nazi salute photo

So an obvious jest with no neo-Nazi sentiment means that all the resources spent training these people should be wasted in order to virtue signal to people who have already forgotten about it.

Pretty stupid photo to take, however if they did not immediately realize that this was a bad idea for a photo shoot then perhaps education would be a better service to them. (the cadets) the instructors perhaps be more harshly reprimanded but firing everyone just seem like they're trying to quell some expected outrage.

Dude, it’s a bad idea, I don’t really see how you can defend that these days. At the very least they’re showing incredibly poor decision making and judgment.

I didn’t say it wasn’t a bad idea. I’m saying that the taxpayers have already incurred the expenses of training these people. Anyone with half a working brain knows these people aren’t Nazis. So wasting all the money spent to fire these people in order to appease some SJWs is a worse idea.
And like others have said, if they did a black power salute, or gang signs, or any other stupid thing, no one says boo.
