Define “old fricks”

I’m 46, it’s not what I eat, It’s when I eat it. How much is also a factor.

Splatter shits is not a problem, ever. Good luck with that shite (literally), baw.

Milk, chocolate and fried foods.... sounds like you might have gallbladder issues. No BS. These are trigger foods for gallbladder. Could have gallstones.

Gallbladder produces bile to help you process fatty foods.... like fried stuff. Symptom would be heartburn if you eat or drink trigger foods. Maybe some pain that feels odd. Almost like the beginning of a kidney stone. Just something to keep in mind.

I appreciate the advice.

I've intentionally learned nothing about biology, medicine, etc., bc I've got a thing for smart chicks, and with such little knowledge, dumbass phlebotomists, nurses, pharmacy techs, etc. can wow me.

I don't really have heartburn. Mine is more like a rolling stomach and diarrhea when I eat the wrong thing. The poster who made the milk in coffee comment feels me.

Agree with the thought that it is likely dairy. Simple elimination diet for a week or two will let you know. Easy to add back in if that doesn’t do the trick.

McDonald's breakfast is the only thing that does this to me. No clue why. I can eat other greasy, fattening foods with no issues.

I can eat mexican and spicy shite all day long.

After ready the comment about shitty grease, I'm remembering that most of the times that fried has fricked me up is when I fry shrimp and fries at home.

I can still kill fried chicken, shrimp, fish, etc. that are made by others.

Maybe my arse is just becoming lactose intolerant.

I can't eat cheese any more without paying for it later.

It's become a problem at parties because so many appetizers, entrees and even desserts contain cheese.

I've developed a repertoire of cheese-free recipes that I can contribute so I don't starve

I'd be really sad if I had to give up chocolate - condolences!

Fried food out gets me, I think it’s the grease that gets too old and messes me up.

I get heartburn often now, no certain triggers. Never had heartburn in my life until I hit 38.

I have to be careful with food that turn to concrete.

I used to love a couple of peanut butter and jelly sandwiches with a huge glass of milk.

Turns to concrete. Literally shite bricks.

Now, it I eat those two sandwiches. It better be with at least a quart of Powerade or water.

33 here.

The past 2 years I've drank daily. A good bit some days, weekends for instance.

Last year I did keto, kept drinking everyday. I lost 40 lbs. Football season this year I got off the keto, mainly on the weekends. I still eat low carb for breakfast and lunch during the week.

I feel like garbage, heart burn like crazy. It sucks. By Thursday of the week, eating decent I feel right then big football meals turn me to shite again. Just bloated garbage.
