That is indicative of nothing come 1/13. LSU is a better team I think, but the A&M score comparison tells us nothing. They played A&M in September.

LSU scores twice as much as Clempson. The defenses are basically a wash at this point in the season.

Clempson thinks that their Defense is so superior, they are in for a rude awakening.

Clemson has improved significantly since the beginning of the year. I don't think this means anything.

Transitive property doesn't say much in football

LSU wins this one but Clemson is far superior to TAMU despite the modest score. Have to remember it was the first game of the year and TAMU does have talent on paper.

I used transitive property of TAM beating Ok St and Oklahoma beating Ok St to deduce we would beat OU by 28.

Transitive property for life.

Clemson fans are nowhere near as douchey as Oklahoma or Ohio State fans, but a lot of statistics go in LSU's favor and will be summarily ignored. I don't know how much is actual ignorance vs. them trying to make themselves feel better, but Oklahoma fans did the same things.

I hung out on DirtBurglars for a few days prior to the game and nearly all of them were proclaiming a blowout victory for OU based on absolutely nothing besides, "SEC is overrated! Jalen Hurts killed them when he was at Bama!" Utter utter stupidity. I could understand hoping your team will win or being modestly confident, but the disparity between LSU and OU was OBVIOUS from the jump...you have to be beyond delusional to have believed OU would blow LSU out.

I don’t put a ton of stock into that because of the time of year the two games were played along with the hate we had for ATM at that point. That was a special type of hate game right there. That being said, I do feel like we’re the better team.

Yes, this is simple math:

LSU
(50+24)=74

Clemson
(10-7)=3

At least that's how I think it works
