I own 13 acres in Broken Bow Oklahoma. I will start building a house in 3 years. Gone before BRPD officially declares defeat.

Catch more and bigger fish. Maybe I need a bigger bait.

Aren't you pretty young and recently divorced kingbob? You'll figure it out bud. You can't expect to have life's answers at 27 or however old you are. Keep rolling with it and try to better yourself.

Not everyone needs one. In fact, it's liberating. Take it t as T comes, leave options open and treat it like an adventure.

I cant imagine that. My feet hit the ground between 4 and 5 every morning and I dont stop till 8-10 at night. If I go coon hunting I dont stop till midnight.
I cant imagine being unmotivated. The world is great and there are great things to do. Go and do them.

Montana or Wyoming
Have you ever been there in the winter? You need to spend a week there when it's -30 or -40 as in below zero.
You might rethink that move.

Travel is fun. Sometimes, it feels a little hollow doing it alone, but it’s also kinda liberating. The problem is the fact that I know it’s just a distraction, a temporary thing. I feel alive when I travel until I remember that i have to come home and return to my regular life. I don’t feel “recharged” when I get back. I just feel dread.
As for my career, I make enough to live on and get by, but not enough to have a ton of freedom. If I wanted to make more than what I make now, I would have to work twice as many hours as I do now and have even less freedom because I would have no time off.
So, plenty of free time, but not much money to spend during it verses work like a dog for lots of money and no time to spend it

Nashville, Eastern Tennessee, North GA, western North Carolina, western South Carolina, Austin (hill country) are all great options and within a 10 hour drive or less to Louisiana, for those that want out of the state but not too far.
Did BR to Knoxville in 10 today, including a big slow down in Chatanooga.
5 year plan is to continue to get settled in TN and build a life here. Loving it so far. Being back in BR for a week reminded me how nice it is to live elsewhere and just go back for visits.

We are all different, all motivated by different things. Measuring ourselves vs others is terrible.
Lots of folks don't find a path until later in life, some never do and it's alright. Some of us are here to experience and observe and don't have a destination.
It's as viable as career or money motivation. You'll find your way, don't push it. We're always evolving, adapting and the freedom of an open slate is a benefit.
