Pretty cool info video about the Artemis program. Goal is to land on the moon by 2024.

I am excited as hell for this. I think about how awesome it must have been for the world watching the first manned landing in '69, and how this time we will probably watch GoPro livestreams on YouTube.
And the plans are much more ambitious this time. It's going to be a wonderfully eerie feeling to look up at the moon and know that there are humans living and working up there.

You and I maybe, but the sad reality is that in today's society the majority of the population likely won't even know that we are doing it, and those who are aware will mostly only care in passing.
