Just got scholastically dropped from LSU

Went to finalize my registration for the spring semester and my schedule had completely disappeared. Called my college and they told me I was dropped. I'm a senior two classes away from graduating. One of the classes is only offered in the spring. My GPA going into the fall semester was a 1.83. I brought that up to a 1.98. I sent my appeal in but the lady on the phone said the dean doesn't frick around and that she's never seen one approved. My GI bill runs out next semester.

The most successful people are those who the university asks to take a semester off. They only ask those students who are so academically gifted to take a semester off and it is not because of your grades but because they want the other students to catch up to you academically and the only way that can happen is if you take a semester off. You have made the poor decision of making those students look bad.
If you feel you must stay in though my advice is to slip a 1k in the professors pocket for that 2.1 GPA!

My cumulative going into fall was a 2.4 from classes I took at BRCC when I got out the military but the 1.83 was my LSU gpa

Yea, pretty sure that is how that would have worked out at Auburn University also. First time you drop below 2.0 you are on probation next time your academically ineligible for classes for one semester.
