let's immunize every American citizen 1st

sucks for the illegal kids, as they are victims here as well

but I want to hear the other side of this story before I pass judgement

on the surface, it looks like a bunch of SJW's trying to create a scene and NBC is chomping at the bit to give them credibility

like I asked in my 1st post, has this been verified by a credible source?

It's good and bad.

Good that taxpayers don't foot the bill.
Good that it is a deterrent from illegals coming here.
Bad for a population of people, especially in close quarters.
Bad if they get ill because it could cost taxpayers more.

Ok? Why is it one more thing we need to pay for little fricking border jumpers to get though?

We can't forcefully immunize people and too many dumb anti vaxxers out there

Have you ever met someone that has paid for a flu vaccine? If so they're an idiot. You can get them free anywhere.

The protests probably make you right in this case

here is some real news for you

IF this makes the national news; then this is a case where someone in SC has made a really bad decision

if it does not go viral on a national level, then there is more to this story that the lying and corrupt American media does not want to report on

Taxpayers and insurance premium payers, man. . .

They pay for the best free stuff, huh?

Yes and sometimes there is a good reason why we pay for things if it's in the interest of public health

I'd rather taxpayers foot the bill for vaccines than a lot of the other frivolous endeavors of government waste

And how is it even remotely "completely preventable" when by the CDC's own admissions and records over the last decade the flu vaccine is only 50% effective at best and some years as little as 15%. Also by the CDC's own statistics vaccinated kids have died EVERY year they've kept records.

I can tell one thing for sure, 100%, Dr. Julie Sierra is a liar and and a fraud and hyper-melodramatic.

Their parents should take them back home and get them vaccinated.

The flu vaccine is still one of the most effective methods of flu prevention. The article also mentions better sanitation which is crucial in helping thwart the spread of diseases

Because those are the only choices?

But I digress. MOst of the vaccines that are free®, are only free® because you and I pay our insurance premiums. The insurance companies offset the cost of the free® vaccines by adding costs to other things.

You end up paying every cent for that free® flu vaccine. Every cent.

I'm ok with that because it's a good use of our tax dollars

I'd rather that than pay for the medical care of someone who has to go to the doctor because of the flu or someone dying because of the flu

Do you think a flu vaccine shot is more expensive than a doctor visit?

Providing taxpayer funded entitlements to non-citizens?

I mean. . .it's a stance, at least.

I don't think we should provide any taxpayer funded services to illegals.

The US should not be the welfare provider for the world.

Even when not doing so has the potential to spread disease to citizens?

And where do you draw the line? Should we not feed them either? Because that has a cost to it.

Remove illegals, problem solved

Charity can feed them. . .soup kitchens and whatnot. Not the government. . .with the exception of foreign disaster relief.

That's going to be pretty difficult to do if they're detained dude

We're talking specifically about people who are detained in case you haven't figured that out yet
