Norvell and FSU doesn’t fit. He plays Saturday. Coaches don’t usually do big intro press conferences when they still have a game left in the regular season.

This is a terrible rumor as FSU is prepping their stadium for an announcement tomorrow and Norvell is absolutely coaching the AAC title game on Saturday regardless of where he is hired. He won't be announced to anybody until Sunday or Monday morning.
The FSU 247 message board has almost no mentions of Norvell. They think they're getting James Franklin or Big Game Bob.

Likely won’t happen, but it would be an all-time troll if he tells them no. Either way, Ole Miss hiring a coach from Memphis is something that will make the oldest of Rebel fans cringe. After winning 2 of the last 3, they aren’t your little brother anymore.

A) We're not getting Bob Stoops or James Franklin as FSU might do so we're at peace with that.

Sometimes I wonder why Ole Miss fans don’t just give up and become a fan of any number of other teams. So fervent in their belief that they will ever compete for anything other than a co division championship every couple of decades. I salute your resolve.

frick off with your hypocritical bullshite. You guys shite on Memphis at EVERY opportunity and I know it from plenty of personal experience. On MULTIPLE occasions throughout my life I’ve heard the direct quote- “Ole Miss will NEVER hire anyone from Memphis.” Well, the day is here and there are older Ole Piss fans who I know very well who will be in favor of Norvell because he’s the right choice, but will hate the fact that he comes from Memphis. He’s a great choice because he’s made Memphis better than OM over the last 4 years.
As for Orgeron, he will continue to win at LSU because it’s a better situation in all respects. Money, recruiting, prestige, facilities, etc. There’s a number 1 or 2 class incoming on the heels of #3 last year. If you thought my troll was bad...

If Norvell is smart he would take the Missouri job or now that Peterson has resigned....Washington. If I am Norvell no way do I want to compete for third place in the SEC West for the next 4-5 years...might as well stay at Memphis and build the program....they are already beating Ole Miss regularly.
