I know this goes against the grain of typical thinking but the Chiefs should have gone for the kill shot on second down instead of running the ball. Everyone on the Chargers knew they would run it because that is what Reid always does in this situation. This is fine if you are the Ravens or 49ers and running the ball is your specialty. It's not the Chiefs specialty. We suck at it. Stop worrying about the clock and call the best plays to get first downs or better touchdowns.
