A family in Tennessee says their five-year-old son with autism has been labelled a “sex offender” after he hugged a fellow classmate.
Nathan is a nursery school pupil at East Ridge Elementary in Chattanooga, Tennessee. School officials said he was warned several times but overstepped his boundaries in hugging another child.

They claim they were told Nathan has been “labelled a sex predator” and will have it on his record forever.

I’m sure PCmustdie is a very credible news source.

Nathan's school in Tennessee has refuted these claims, saying the family's characterisation of the issue does not capture the full context of concerns expressed to them. "It was not a hug or kiss that prompted the school to contact the family," East Ridge Elementary said in a statement. "Also, at no time did the school administration punish the child or treat the incident as a discipline issue. Moreover, no one at the school sought to label the child as a 'sexual predator'."

You really take your news from a website called PCMustDie.com? Pathetic

The original article, posted here back in September, stated that the school filed a complaint with the state over the child's despicable actions.

Seems like he's a hugger but does it almost to a fault where it distracts the other kids. The school tells the parents of this. The parents can't believe their kid is being "punished" for giving out sweet hugs, and turns it into the school said he's going to get the sexual predator label.

That's almost as bad as people reading pcmustdie.com.
Where do you retards find these shitty sources? Facebook?

I'm going to go out on a limb and say that the parents are taking a situation that could have been handled discreetly and are blowing it up.

No he's not. His grandmother said they told her this. His grandmother is full of shite or they completely misheard what was said. This was posted over a month ago when it happened.

The old struggle cuddle.
Actually this is pretty stupid story, even for Tennessee. Either there's more to the story or the news outlet got it really wrong.
