Seems like he's a hugger but does it almost to a fault where it distracts the other kids. The school tells the parents of this. The parents can't believe their kid is being "punished" for giving out sweet hugs, and turns it into the school said he's going to get the sexual predator label.

Actually this is pretty stupid story, even for Tennessee. Either there's more to the story or the news outlet got it really wrong.
