The White House twitter feed or the words coming out of the mouth of the actual President of the United States who says JBE has been a very terrible Governor for Louisiana with his high taxes, suing Oil and Gas and high car insurance rates?
Besides, the White House posts stats for whatever state Trump does a rally in. Doesn't mean that Trump is going to repeat what his comms shop says. In fact, Trump is known for being so far apart from his comms staff that it's been a theme of his presidency.
