I think it said she only has 5k followers, but how much you make comes down to views. It depends on a lot of factors, but for most it's between $1 and $5 per 1k views.

It doesn't sound like a lot, but on the plus side (I almost typed plus size), once the video is there it continues making money as long as people watch it. Keep making videos and it snowballs, passive income as long as youtube exists.
