Then why did Webre feel the need to clarify and the only news outlet that ran it was The Advocate?

While there has been no specific threat, there is the potential for a security threat, so being moved for security reasons is legit. Pretty easy to understand

Interdasting. Wonder why they did that considering he hasn't been convicted.......yet.
APSO agreed to hold him temporarily pending his bond hearing. They can’t keep him forever
hunt has room for him

Why is that POS in civies with a belt? Shouldn't he be on some kind of suicide protocol with charges like this?
Was this taken when he was being moved for an appearance?

True, but you rarely hear about them being moved to state prison prior to getting convicted. In Houston, you can stay in jail for up to a year until your trial. Thanks for the input.

The video and pictures of both Cynthia and Denny appear to have been taken today.
That's a great question.
She is in a standard orange jump suit and he is in civilian clothes.

he will be in jail for as long as his trial case. If he wasn’t an LP deputy he’d be in LP jail and would not need protective custody
you’re welcome

Well he was moved to a state facility. More than likely that’s the clothes he was provided. Def not civilian clothes.

I dont know anything about law procedures. Will all their court appearances/trials be closed to the public?

I don't think state facilities issue leather belts to inmates.

The belt observed in the photo is a waist chain with a metal loop in the front. It allows his hands to be cuffed in front but remain at his waist. They are used to allow people in custody to be able to write while still restrained.
The real story in the photo is the obvious conflict of interest that the LPSO correctional deputy has escorting one of his agencies former commanders. Add this to the list of mistakes Ard has made.

I've never seen a transport belt run through belt loops.

Re-examine the photo and take note of how large the jeans he is wearing are. The transport belt is also being used to keep his pants from falling down.
The department of corrections transports inmates like this all over the state daily. It may be something they manufactured.
Point is, that isn’t a belt for style and Perkins isn’t getting any preferential treatment.

So the guy jerked off in cake batter than served petite fours to young children. May be the most Livingston Parish thing I’ve heard since the start of November.

Mincey going to want to know who copied that text message to him for sure.
Side topic, the lawyers representing these POS, are they court appointed, union paid, public defenders (I.e. tax payer paid)? Anyone got any idea?

All I am suggesting is that belt is not being used as a transport belt. It is run through belt loops and if it IS a transport belt you can't see either the buckle and excess leather nor the d-ring in the back.

WTF is wrong with these people? Just read through some of the thread, i glanced over this when it originally came out and i figured it was going to be something to do with an "older" child and the chick. But man, this couple was messing with kids under 13 and he was jizzing on cup cakes? WTF??? Did i miss any other crazy shite that this couple was doing?
