What makes Mike so great

He’s not a burner.
His routes are good not great.
He catches EVERYTHING.
But I just don’t understand how he’s always open. Not taking shot at him, but I just haven’t seen someone like him.
ETA: Where did I say he sucks? Oh I didn’t. Asking a legit question.
