It’s all true. Even though LSU had 6xs more offense than Utah st, their team and QB was clearly better. I can’t believe we escaped with that win against a clearly superior opponent.

Burrow knows how to handle pocket pressure. Just look at the Texas game or many of the games last year. We were very close to being a 1 loss team last year and the losses to Florida and A&M weren’t on him. He will be fine and adjust to pressure. Our offensive scheme is better to help with that too. Next week will be a good test against a good D. Our offense and defense are better than Florida’s and we should win by more than a score if we don’t turn the ball over much.

The irony of this is that when their offense WAS successful, it was because of spectacular plays by their receivers.

I will say his receivers dropped some balls when the were open. It would not have won them the game, but the may have had a td or two.

PFF has Burrow as the top rated passer under pressure. The gap between him and the next closest person is almost 10 points. So he really sucks when the pocket collapses.
