Probably a stupid question, but what’s the best way to get Netflix on a nonsmart TV?

Sorry, I know that’s probably a basic question, but I’ve never messed with Netflix. I have a TV in the back of my house that I’d like to hook up Netflix to, but I’m not really sure of my options. I have an Ethernet cable ran to behind that tv, so I can hardwire something if need be
UPDATE: I got it figured out. Used my amazon firestick that I forgot I had

Roku is super easy from a technical standpoint but maybe not the cheapest...not sure

Roku or any similar streaming box will work fine.

Is roku on one of those USBs?
I think I have a firestick(?). Do I need to have a smart tv for that?
I feel like such an idiot

A firestick will plug into an HDMI port on your TV. The TV doesn't have to be "smart", that's what the firestick is for.

10/4, I got it figured out. I appreciate it

Yeah your TV must have an HDMI input to use one of the sticks. I have a roku it works by wireless, cannot be hard wired. It needs a power source and works good from the usb port on the tv its plugged in to.

Roku or fire stick. I know certain versions of roku can be hard wired. Don’t have a fire stick so not sure about that one

Not a stupid question at all... Roku is hands down the best IMO and Iv used most of the devices before.
There is a roku stick but the best one is the roku 4.. it’s almost like a cable box but it’s really compact and hooks up to a USB port in the back of your TV.. you will also need a ln HDMI cord since it’s not included. The cords are cheap on amazon

I use a ps4 for mine.

When faced with the same problem, I just went out bought an expensive 75 inch smart tv to avoid the Firestick/Roku plug in. That's another baby boomer response to technical ignorance.
