Why does it freaking matter when they got the transcript and complaint? That's all Schiff talks about. The State Dept provided it yesterday and were not forced to. It's a moot point.

So how could the ICIG consider the complaint credible if he didn't have a transcript of the call? What's the credibility being based on?

Schiff just called the DNI a liar. I wonder how the intelligence community feels seeing the DNI respond in good faith and get the Trump treatment? Schiff is a traitor.

Does anyone else notice that when the dems don't get the answer they want to hear they try to rephrase every question in order to frame it to being the "right" answer? It is maddening.

Well, "credible" does not mean "true".
I can hear a person tell a story. The person can be "respectable" and educated, etc. They can appear to be rational and not a raving lunatic. I can find them credible.
I can, then, research what they are saying and find that they are incorrect or lying.
