My understanding is that there are 5 or 6 different intelligence transcribers who all type down the conversation real-time then compare their notes and come to a consensus as to the most accurate version.
That type of redundancy makes me think it was pretty darn accurate.

All the dems know there isn’t a recording. The President’s calls haven’t been recorded since watergate. They are never recorded to give world leaders and others a place where they can talk freely about things and. It have to worry about recordings coming out. There are only transcriptions and it’s been that way for decades.
