Racey McMath really impressed me with his size and strength. He is the perfect guy for short slant routes where he can just box out smaller DBs. Marshall plays the Z in our offense and O said Kirklin and Dillon are the backups at that spot so it might be those two playing over Racey. I love Kirklin and Dillon’s speed but I still would take Racey. Who y’all got?

LSU is loaded at receiver. It really sucks Marshall is hurt but it's really the one area they can get by and at least it's not going to be a really long term injury. LSU would be able to get by with just Jefferson and Chase running like the OBJ and Jarvis Landry combo in 2013 but there's plenty of guys who can take that #3 spot for a while. McMath has looked pretty competent. Then you have a guy like Dillon with plenty of experience. They'll be fine.

I like Palmer too in the slot shifty and fast playmaker.

Jaray Jenkins has the size and speed of Marshall and looked impressive when he got in

I’d like to see them get Racey and Sullivan more work. We need to use their size to our advantage.

Yea, just Marshall is a blow, but we should manage. Marshall and Jefferson would have been a dangerous set of injuries.

Losing Marshall certainly sucks. There isn’t a team on the schedule with 3 CBs that can cover the trio. Hopefully one of the backups step up and are just as dangerous

Should be Palmer but I’m guessing they’ll give it to Dillon, Sullivan & McMath

I really believe it will be Jenkins and/or Palmer take up the slack. I believe that they are both up for the challenge.

I mean LSU is in a great situation with all these WR's. I think they will all play well. No matter who gets it.

Hope Palmer gets some reps, probably will see more of Sullivan and Mcmath. Jenkins and Kirklin can fill in also.

Next man up...

Brady is at practice every day..

He seems to be in the position to determine the next man up...

Fortunately, with an off week, he has an extra week to get someone up to speed...
