The SEC Rant has some A&M fans with opinions.

How can you take any opinion of theirs seriously?
1 10 win season
0 conference title appearances
0 BCS/NY6 appearences

SINCE 1998
and they have the audacity to think they have an elite football program LOL

They made a freaking cup because they beat you guys on BS calls

That's a conversation for another day though, don't get me started

texas losses on "O"
leading rusher - gone
leading WR - gone - #4 receiver too
three starting Olinemen - gone

I get your point about all those "O" leaders returning for the horns.

Being you brought up sugar bowl. texas "O" was gifted with possessions on uga 27, uga 12 and midfield. All in the first quarter. Off those three possessions I think they scored one FG.

Your defense sucks and your offense is overrated, LSU’s defense is not...

If Texas Oline holds up they can burn a ton of clock on offense dinking and dunking there way downfield.

This is why I think it will be pretty tight for a while. And while we're feeling great about our offense (finally), they'll likely sputter more than last week due to the better competition, and frankly, it was about as sharp as any offense could be in week 1, regardless of the opponent.

We have some studs on defense though, so our confidence isn't misplaced. I believe they'll make enough stops, and create a big turnover or two to pull away in the 4th.

I don't know man, it's tough to assess Big 12 defenses when they are playing conference games.
UT has played 14 QBs drafted in round 1-4 the last four seasons
In comparison, LSU has faced one, Drew Locke

It's the chicken or the egg.. Do Big 12 defenses struggle because they face elite offenses? Do SEC defenses thrive because they face sub par offenses? Who knows

The Big 12 sure has never had any problems scoring on SEC defenses

Saturday may help us get one step closer to figuring that out

I've never had any reason to dislike LSU, we never played y'all and you just picked up where we left off in beating the delusional aggies.
I've been to many games in BR, love it out there.

After Saturday I'll be rooting for you guys, it's time someone dethrones Bama in the West and it sure as well won't be that other Texas team.

Why do you think Texas has a chance in this game?

Do I need to run the statistics? I'm not making it up, could be a fluke but it's been a thing haha

This is a game I have wanted to see for years. I think it will be a great one; not a blowout either way.

With that being said, has anyone told you to go frick yourself yet? If not, gfy.

Every game in which Texas is supposed to lose, they play VERY well, it's a Herman thing. He beat FSU and OU while coaching at UH, it's his mantra.

I trust Ehlinger so much, probably too much. I've never seem him rattled or struggle to move the ball, so I'm curious to see how he does against a legit defense.

Also, it's at home. Texas plays very well at DKR and I think they are out to prove a point.

So home field advantage and some sort of nebulous observation attributed to Herman.

Really? That’s what you’re going with?
