Topgolf tipping

The golf and the food/drink tab are paid/billed separately. You have to pre-pay for the golf.

Although maybe for an event I could see it being handled differently

Hmmm mine was all on tab given at the end. He pre split it in half for two couples so I didn’t see it itemized

I’ve only paid for golf on the screen. Then bar is a regular tab

I tip on total including golf

ETA: I’ve never even thought to tip just on food and drinks

I wouldn’t either but it’s was a 180 bill total and I literally had to chase our guy down to get a second beer. Didn’t stop by once after our initial food and drink order. So it seemed crazy to tip him like 35 bucks. And I’m usually not a cheap tipper

I don’t tip on the golf. And I’m a good tipper. Though I might if it was a cute waitress making sure my balls were in play and my beer was never empty.

Not that hard to figure out. You tip on the meal, but not being in your pod playing.. If you order something to eat while in pod you tip on that.
