Well, this ESPN CFB documentary just took a dark turn

Paraphrasing: “The irony is schools that once wouldn’t recruit black players now used them to their advantage and to the detriment of historically black colleges.”
And of course the B-roll during the phrase shows LSU players running out of the tunnel.

I turned it off in the first 5 minutes when the narrator talked about how racist football was.
This hysteria infects everything.

You should know better. Do not watch ESPN for anything other than live sporting events in which LSU participates.

How ya gonna get your Progressive AgitProp on without agitating with some Progressive propaganda?

Disney owns ESPN...do the math

Are they lying? History is history whether you like it or not. What they said was absolutely true. No need to run from it. Blacks couldn’t go to LSU, Bama, etc etc

Same. Saw their angle coming from a mile away.

So, are you saying blacks are used? Or are you saying all races are now included in athletics and educational settings? Just curious.

I avoid ESPN at all costs other than watching games. They've really gone downhill over the years. I used to enjoy Sportscenter and some or their other programming but those days are long gone. They care more about social opinion than sports.

I turned at concussions...

I thought the entire thing was great. It was a cool history lesson on college football. What in the program wasn't just explaining history, wasn't truthful, and was used to push an agenda?

Man some of y’all are so damn sensitive. It’s the history of the sport. I thought overall it was a solid documentary. Wish they would have shown more LSU footage. How you gonna talk about passionate fanbases and not snow the most passionate atmosphere and fanbase in college football?

Not being used... it's their choice to play football or not. That goes for whites, hispanics and every race, too.
You can't deny though that college football has become a billion dollar industry off of free labor though.

No blacks have benefits from going to school if they get a full scholarship.
If black players decided to stop going to SEC, Big 10, and Pac 12 conferences for historically black schools. Do you think teams like Bama and Clemson would still prevail?

Florida’s players on defense aren’t college material no matter what college level you choose.
But they are semi-pros that will destroy lsu's offense this year just like they did last year.
