A national licensing and registry system for guns and ammunition.

A ban and mandatory buy-back program for "assault weapons".

A ban on high-capacity magazines.

Raising the age for all gun purchases to 21.

A federal version of Extreme Risk Protection Orders, commonly known as "red flag" laws.
A limit of one firearm purchase per month.

A ban on all online firearm and ammunition sales or transfers, including gun parts.

The creation a "National Director of Gun Violence Prevention," who will report directly to the president.

A ban on online sales makes no sense. ALL online sales must be done through a licensed dealer and a background check conducted. It’s functionally no different than a gun purchase at a store.

A ban for people under 21 also makes little sense. What if you are a single mom aged 19 who wants a firearm for protection, living in a bad area?

Sounds like some unconstitutional infringement to me...

The red flag laws scare me more than an assault ban. You know full well our government will abuse them just like they abused the patriot act.

The Hogg Group is his new advocacy group to implement stronger gun control measures right?

None of this makes any sense... Unless you are an authoritarian leftist.

When will you all learn that you never negotiate your constitutional rights away? Not one more inch.

Curious as to what they define "high capacity" as.

NONE of it makes any sense.

Anyone else notice "Hogg Group"? The people whispering in his ear are advising him to start branding himself and to move beyond his association with the school shooting. They are setting this kid up as a puppet for Progressives to push into office.

never understood this. Or the whole “he had 10,000 boolits in his house”. What freak is going to walk around in public with 10,000 rounds of ammo and 25 guns in an attempt to kill people?

How can the government "buy back" what was not theirs in the first place?

Ya, because we gotta get rid of all those sub-21 killers we've had.

I know it's just a throwaway item, but good lord.

Perhaps this clown should just leave America. He doesn’t seem to be a fan of freedom. America doesn’t seem to be the best place for him.

I've never understood what they think this will accomplish. If anything I think it could actually lead to increased gun sales.
