I think the implication here is not "playing" the lotto. More of "fixing" the lotto. Which I'm sure he didn't do. (Not saying I believe or don't believe this) Some have said he is a confirmed CIA Op and / or spy for multiple countries. The government has some of the best hackers and connections in the world. They could pull something like this off and it would be a great "off the books funding" mechanism for them...Just have to win the prize in a state that doesn't require the winner to become publicly known.

Fake News! A woman won the Powerball and the trust she had set up for her had the same name. This dude was sleazy enough that you don't need to spread fake news when staying on the real message works just fine.

Do you have a screenshot of what was on page 208 of the depo transcript? Seems that would be pretty pertinent context to have.
