I watched it too, absolutely love this movie.
After watching it I saw the trailer for the new "Irishman" movie with him and the rest of the legends.
It made me sort of mad thinking, "damnit Joe! where the hell have you been man ??"

For YEARS I had never seen (or knew of) the unedited version. My God Tomei’s dirty mouth is glorious. It was serious lagniappe for a movie I already loved.

Little known fact. The screenwriter was a lawyer and the court room procedure is spot on accurate. The movie is shown to law students at several schools as part of their course work before they graduate.

One of those rare movies where it knew what it wanted to do and then did it.
Fred Gwynne was amazing in that movie as the old school Southern judge playing the straight man to Joe Pesci.

I had the pleasure of watching it about a month ago for the first time in well over 10 years, and I laughed my arse off through the entire thing. It was pure comedy gold.
