Bama being an acceptable (competitive) loss, which others are? I say Texas, MAYBE. But there’s no way there are 3 acceptable losses. 10-2 is the absolute floor.

Agree with you. We have to be better vs Bama. I'll be livid if it's another shut out.

An early season loss vs Texas wouldn't necessarily be disastrous, however it would certainly be a kick in the teeth to the players. I'd rather not see how they react so let's get that game won.

Auburn is always weird. Crazy things happen in games vs them. Good thing is that we get them here and the same goes with Florida (finally).

Bama is the only one in my opinion.

Auburn hasn’t won in BR since 1999. They have nothing special this year that leads me to believe that changes.

I understand that. Not saying I'm expecting us to lose, just saying that weird stuff always happens in games with them.

I am hoping we can be 11-1. But I am wary of our O line and whether it can consistently facilitate a strong offense.

Eaux and Jeaux will bring us to the promised land this year.

I will not accept losing to Bama is acceptable. frick that...it’s been 8 years, I don’t give shite if we’re competitive and lose, beat the bastards.

Clemson put the blueprint out there....... I trust Aranda to replicate that.....Tua is predictable, it will most definitely help if Chaisson is the BEAST we all think he is.....Put Pressure on Tua and he’s gonna throw some INTs......

If he’s still standing by then....kid is very injury prone.

Bama, Texas, Auburn, Florida, A&M are all really good teams. Should we lose more than 2 games this year? No but it’s certainly possible

Just beat them. It’s been exhausting.

Ole miss had already done this. Sling the damn ball around and catch it.

Defense isn't the issue. We held them to 29 points, which was ~45% lower than their season average at that time.

2 years in a row. If that isn't locker room material, I don't know what is.

No doubt.

But seriously, take out 9-6, and look at the teams have beat Bama in the last 8 year's. Got to have a QB and use them throwing the ball. Even O hasn't REALLY tried that game plan. I think they've wanted to throw more but we couldnt pass protect.

While I agree that that should be the cases I find acceptable to be an awfully strong word. Who made you God and decision maker. I sit here and read the Rant sometimes and really think to myself, boy if these posters had half the power to back up their statements that they think they have this department would be in real trouble
