Prove it wasn’t some algorithm with a million lines of code that kicked it for some nonsensical reason. Has Google even had a chance to review it before everyone lit up with, “Ah, google is the devil!!!!!”?

None of you know, but don’t give time for the facts to come out slow you down from being persecuted. Let’s trust ONA as a credible news source not seeking to get clicks by ramping people up over nothing.

Hahahaha

Somebody believes their “algorithm” horse shite. Why of course you could totally have code pluck out one word and not another without anybody directing it. Maybe it is AI!

Apparently someone programmed those "millions of lines of code" to reject christian and accept Muslim, no?

Proof is in the pudding...

Prove it wasn’t a simple if/then looking for “christ*.”

Why would they need to review their infallibly neutral algorithm?

Nor do you, but you were sure quick to jump to G’s defense. I mean, there’s no pattern here right?

Well, I doubt we’ll be seeing a Google notification about an MSNBC story on the subject.

Which do you think is more likely?

That google sucks at programming or they are full of people who are ideological leftists firsts and foremost?

There is zero scenario where consistent ad text except one change of Muslim / Christian should trigger any type of code exception unless that code is specifically designed to catch that exception.

I’ve seen millions of lines of code.

Google is evil and you knew it the minute they released their “Don’t be evil” motto.

You're doing it wrong my man, we only wait for facts when it serves our narrative. Also obviously we will trust OAN because they love Trump

You're not employed in any capacity to make decisions based off of pattern analysis or risk assessment, are you?

I haven't seen you post here in ages, and I seem to remember that you were a rational poster, but this is a rant. Do you work for Google?

are you fricking retarded? First, how can you prove that without access to their code? Second, the algorithms don't just write themselves. Someone at Google, who was responsible for implementing the moronic policy that you can't target advertising by religion (why would that be in The first place?) made it so you can't use the keyword Christian but Muslim is acceptable. It's not an accident. If you are putting in religious keywords you can't use, you don't forget the second largest one
