Glad Russ made an NFL roster and that they are finding away to use his athleticism. He was one of the nicest and most down to earth athletes I had class with, him and Eric Walker. Wake em up Russ

At one point, Kevin and I were joking that Russell Gage was getting every target. Then, seriously, Russell Gage was targeted again. His chemistry with Ryan seems to be excellent, and he is one of the standouts so far.

Gage is a testament to what sticking it out, working hard, and finding a way to get on the field can do for you. A lot of these players around the country entering the transfer portal at a staggering, and growing, rate could learn a thing or two from Russell. A player's work ethic, attitude, and being willing to do whatever you can to contribute goes a long way in an NFL office. So happy for Russell that he's finding success in the league after basically riding the bench for his first 3 years of college.

Yea I still think he would of been a great Pat White kind of player in the right college system as a QB. But hell the dude is making millions in the NFL so why would he care

That play really pissed lord Saban off. I think he talked about it after the game. Said it was a player safety issue.

I want to see our freshman qb n some wildcat. But I imagine CEH will hold that role. He’s solid out of that formation
