What are the chances this actually happened (video)? UPDATE: She's a Georgia lawmaker too

Woman starts the video off and says this white privilege stuff has got to stop. Then she says she was just at Publix and was in line for the under 10 items but she had 15. Was told to get in another line, then some random arse white guy comes up to her calls her a lazy son of a bitch and tells her she needs to go back where she came from.

The only thing the story's missing to make it less believable is an additional alleged quote "Donald Trump empowered me to say this" at the very end.

Who would have guessed the store wouldn't have just given up their video to anyone one and referred them to the corporate office? It's work product; there are court rulings that allow stores to withhold footage until after a complainant testifies under oath before they have to share it. They aren't just going to give it up; certainly not without clearing it with the corporate office.
Also, exactly what criminal charges does she expect to pursue?

wonder if Publix has any surveillance video of this going down. If something did happen, I am willing to bet her account of it is over the top exaggeration.

She was a little smart about this. If she would have accused a Publix employee of saying it then it would have forced Publix to release the video of this because it certainly never happened.

Publix is like Chickfila when it comes to friendly staff. Everyone is nice at Publix. I don’t believe for a second this happened.
