alajones,

You may want to see a dermatologist for that skin aids lesion on your thigh.

You will be losing weight really quickly after they start you on AZT.

And it took time. And you were full. But not stuffed. But, Europe is far more than Italy.

But people hold up Italy and Greece as evidence that the Mediterranean diet results in thin people. Bull shite. Walking everywhere across hilly terrain results in thin people

America, for the most part, has taken away the most consistent and voluminous source of human calorie burn throughout history, walking.

With the exception of a few places, walking a 1/4 to a 1/2 mile is considered exercise and not an everyday common event.

I spent three weeks in Italy and the Netherlands last month. I saw maybe 3 fat people

Saw zero when I was I the Netherlands and Belgium for a month back in 2011. No a single fatty. Bunch of hot trim Dutch women though.

These days it’s easier keeping track of how many slim people you see when you leave the house than fatties. fricking disgusting.

This. It's why you see so few fat New Yorkers. Spend a month there and you'll drop ten pounds. I average 3 miles of walking per day anytime I'm up there. And that's working not sight seeing. Up and down stairs to the subway, buildings, walking to the bodegas, etc.

People would be even healthier in Nola, which is a VERY walkable city, if it wasn't the devil's anus temperature and humidity wise from May though September.

Yeah. I’m 5’11” 242 and every chart says I’m like morbidly obese. I know I need to lose 20-30 pounds but I ain’t morbidly obese. I’m in better shape than most people. I’d look sick at 190.

fricking FAT. arse. Maybe Jesus can help you with a diet plan if you pray hard enough. Not that you’d believe it. You’ll be looking at knee replacements by your 50s though. A hip likely in your 60s.

I’m 6” and hover around 165-170. All lean muscle. I’d have fat rolls spilling down to the fricking floor at 242. Unless you’re an athlete, or body builder, you need to drop the frick down ton190 to start with.

Being nice about things and saying you are a former serious weightlifter and are carrying over 150lbs of lean mass, you are still over 35% body fat.

No way around it, you are obese, extremely obese because chances are you are closer to 40% body fat.

Say what you want, but you are obese as hell.
