Seems to be poorly managed and the food is not good. Really thought they would get their act together after all the complaints during their first month of service.

I know its probably not the best business practice but I believe/been told they are waiting for football season to really ramp up food and service.

agreed, will have to do one helluva a job to get returning customers if they are already turned off

I would like for them to consult with the Rock N Bowl people on how to do it right esp since the Laf build out is similar to this

I agree with the dress code. My reasoning for why they will fail is due to the clientele they attract.

Yes once. Perhaps it was a bad night for my taste, or maybe I’m just too old and not the preferred clientele for their design. 35 btw.

Probably not? I honestly hope no one is stupid to go in with that plan.

“Yeah for our first 7 months of business, we’re going to kind of suck. Just make most of the city believe we’re incompetent...but hey once football season hits, we’ll start trying”

Has anyone been here lately, and eaten food? We had a group talk about going bowling but not sure if I should eat something before we go.

Was hoping they fixed the food issues instead of waiting until football season to ramp that up.....

I go regularly. It's bar food, not exactly a culinary experience but the BBQ wings and onion rings are legit. I haven't tried the whole menu. I usually go right after work for drinks and they have a decent bar crowd and good cocktails. I know they fired the chef and GM and replaced them and to me there was a noticeable change. The food was horrible first time we went.
The building itself is the finest in BR as far a restaurants go in my opinion. The place was well done.

Well,

Gave this place a shot. If I could give a negative number to the quality of the service, I would.

It always blows me away how someone will invest tons of money on something like this then completely mail it in on something as important as service.

I'm beginning to really think most small businesses survive and even thrive despite their ownership. Most small business owners don't seem to be very smart, which is maybe why they had enough balls to risk it and open their business in some cases.

As a small business owner in the retail space, I totally agree with this sentiment. We are constantly marketing and working with other businesses in our community to drive retail traffic and development. The level of apathy in some of our peers is amazing.
