What's the hardest company/business to get a job at in Louisiana?

No sarcastic answers like the Pelicans/Saints or any family tied businesses. I'm guessing Jim Bernhard's private equity firm would be up there. I've heard from my lawyer friends that Barrasso Usdin would be the toughest law firm to get in?
