In all seriousness, how ignorant is the leadership in Iran? There is no way they come out on top in any scenario here and they’re just pissing off more nations as they go.

British special forces are some of the absolute best in the world. They are very well trained and equipped. The British allow countries from all over the commonwealth to train with, and learn from their special forces. The Iranians would get their goat humping asses beat down bad if they square up against the British SAS or any other special forces group. I would love to laugh my arse off at seeing the Iranian goat humpers get destroyed by the Brits.

The Iranian leadership live in a world where they believe in Muslim superiority. They think the west is weak, god is on their side and they will not lose. They believe in their version of the Book of Revelations that a major war will happen where their Islamic messiah will come to slaughter the infidels and force the world into Muslim controlled slavery.
They believe they can not lose.

I love working with the Brits, but nobody currently does better Unconventional Warfare than Iran. They've been kicking the West's arse in this arena for decades.

Iran has been a master of brinksmanship for a long time, but these recent operations have been just too much.
I wonder what in the world they could possibly be thinking.

Since the British seized one of their tankers, this should have been no real surprise. After all, Sharia law demands:

I'd argue that nobody in the last 100 years has done UW better than Iran. It's really their primary foreign policy tool, and they've been highly successful.

Most Americans live in a post honor society, and not to say you do, I don’t know you, but this makes situations like this difficult to understand.
The Brits embarrassed them with the tanker seizure, and showed the world that Iran can not protect its own vessels. That’s humiliating.

This scenario certainly seems more plausible given the recent seizing of an Iranian tanker by the Brits.
Speaking of false flags, though, isn't it odd that the tanker supposedly attacked by Iran a few weeks ago ended up delivering its cargo to an Iranian port? How dumb are Iranians to attack a ship that was delivering goods to them? They are going to show the West how strong they are by destroying their own supplies. The owners of the ship must be pretty stupid to continue a delivery to Iran after Iran attacked them, too.

I know Nepalese Ghurkas fought along side the Brits in the Faukland War. These guys sent the Argetinians running away screaming in panic.
