The British Heritage tanker was sailing out of the Persian Gulf and was crossing into the Strait of Hormuz area when it was approached by the Iranian boats. The Iranians ordered the tanker to change course and stop in nearby Iranian territorial waters, according to the officials. A US aircraft was overhead and recorded video of the incident.

Even we would do the same thing, it doesn’t sound like they attempted boarding, just told them to go to Iran’s waters. (Obviously so they could then board them though)
What I find interesting is that the article said it was being escorted ... but wouldn’t they have seen that motherfricker and not tried to board? Or was he beyond the horizon?

Probably missing from the story is a Virginia class or a HMS sub surfaced and the Iranians shite their pants and aborted.

Apparently, the oil tanker was tougher to overtake than Obamas Navy gun boats. I hope they try that shite with Trump at the helm.
