Man, I had this the other way. Knew Bishop could score, but thought his initial contribution to the team would be defensively. And knew Manning could play D, but thought his initial contribution would be scoring. Bishop may play more than I thought and Manning might be a backup the entire season. I had Manning breaking into the staring lineup by mid season.

A lot of people underestimated his talent. He played against RJ Hampton and more than held his own. That same RJ Hampton, 5 star, going overseas to play instead of college.

As a training player goes from 18 to 19 years of age, they develop their talents, they increase their athletic ability, they get better. It's a natural progression and development. The returning freshman from last year will all be more athletic, quicker, faster, stronger, their skills will improve, their ability will improve. And this will make them a much better team.

He's aggressive Its the one trait I teach my young players. The most aggressive player almost always gets the loose balls and makes the hustle plays a team needs to win.

It means calling for the ball when the team needs a basket.
