I would die in a house kept that hot. 73 during the day and 69/70 at night. Usually set it to 75 when not at home

Both upstairs and downstairs thermostats have been set to 71 in my house as long as I can remember. In fact, since we installed a new unit for the upstairs a couple years ago I’m pretty sure it’s not been moved since it was first put in.

78 when I am not at home, 75 during the heat of the day with fans in. Night 70.

I have a ton of insulation and solar panels on the roof, my house rarely gets hot

74 and 73 at night. New system has a “dehumidifier” that works great.

Upstairs stays at 72, downstairs at 74, but it's almost always cooler downstairs because of physics.

68-71 while I'm in town. If I leave for a trip, it's on 73 until I get back.

maybe I'm just not thinking straight, but what would be the logic in this? Why would you want it hotter when you're there than when you're not?

80 during the day as no one is home. Cools to 76 while we are there and 72 at night with the way temperatures have been as the lows in Baton Rouge have been in the mid to upper 70s.

80 degrees during the day, 77 at night. 82-83 if I’m not at home. I’m perfectly comfortable. I don’t need three layers of blankets on me to sleep.
