Aluminum "John boat" rec

Would like to buy a John boat for a 50 acre lake. Trolling motor only. Would love to have very stable for stand fishing with possible platform, but would also like to keep weight reasonable. Any suggestions?

Just go get one of those cheap ones from Academy and put some plywood on the floor

My cousin lives on a 30 or 40 acre lake and has a little mini pontoon boat for it. Is a pretty awesome set up for fishing 2 people.

I bought one of these about 2 months ago to go on small lakes and rivers. I got mine with the trolling motor.

That's what I'd recommend. Super stable and easy to fish from.
