A/c in car issue. Not blowing very cold.

Not blowing very cold and every so often blows warm for a few seconds.
Checked Freon, says it’s full.
Just had air filter replaced.
What could it be?
Been doing this for a long time but only recently did the air coming out turn to that foggy color that usually says low Freon.
?

relay?
Wife's went out last year. Would blow but was not cold.
It had a bad clutch relay. Replaced it and I was good to go.

What type of car? Check relays for sure, if it’s a Honda it’s 99.9% the relay.

Do you see an oily residue coming from the condenser?
Could have a crack in the condenser somewhere.
I had same symptoms and I had small crack.

Just had my evaporator core replaced. $1700 later

1 - check if you electric radiator fans are working, if they arent the a/c wont work correctly
2 - nothing should be seen coming from the vents and if you do then its radiator coolant or frost from the coil that is freezing up
3 - most cars today have a temperature sensor that opens and closes the door to the heater and if that sensor is bad it wont let the a/c run as it should

My truck was doing this the other month and it must have been a pressure valve stuck. I was good on Freon levels but i had the system evacuated and it fixed itself. Hopefully thats all it will become

year/make/model of the vehicle would be a great start here. Different vehicles have separate inherent problems with the ac systems.

Same with mine. Firestone had best price. Didn’t want to have it done but refilling my AC once a week was getting old

. Damn near every vehicle needs the dash removed. I do em all the time for around or under $1000 and always use dealer evap cores.

With the all-in-one Freon and gauge with adapter at Oreillys for like $65

That's a crappy way to check it. Take it to a shop. Have them do a drain,evacuate recharge. The shop machines will put the correct amount in the system by weight, not pressures. So many variables when doing it by pressure and you are only checking the low side with that crappy gauge that comes with the freon. What area do you live in?

Why did I get the downvotes? I'm dead serious. I work at a shop in Walker and we do them all the time, depending on the vehicle for $1000 and under.

Need to provide high and low pressure numbers (use a real gauge set). Is the compressor clutch engaging?

High and low pressure numbers are so humidity and temp determined. I know there's charts but a good start is to completely evacuate the system. pull a vacuum for 15 minutes then put the correct weight of freon in the system.
