Marry/Screw/Kill Actresses From The Office & Parks & Rec

Rules are simple. Who are you marrying, screwing and killing? You get the shows character, not the IRL person. If theres somebody that needs to be on the list that I missed, let me know, they have to have been in at least 5 episodes.

She probably the best friend of anybody on either show. She cares about her co-workers and is pretty close friends to all of them.
It's pretty clear she really loves and cares about Ron, Ann, April and Donna. She has friendaversaries, sends people on trips, always giving gifts, and helping them strive to be better.
She is genuinely the nicest person on the show.

But she also uses gift giving as a way to compel guilt, and then use that guilt paired with shame to browbeat people into doing what she wants. She's an emotional bully.
Only so long as "better" fits within her vision of what they should do. When they have a different idea of what "better" looks like, she goes behind their backs and tries her damnedest to sabotage them and their future.
